Flatleaf (also known as 随手扫 / 隨手掃 / サッとスキャン / 찰칵스캔) is a document scanner and PDF/Word converter. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the app.
Photos you take or import, scanned pages, and the PDF and Word files you convert are processed entirely on your device. We do not upload, collect, store or share them. Exported files are saved only where you choose (for example Documents/Flatleaf or Pictures/Flatleaf) or sent only to the app you pick when sharing.
The camera permission is used only to photograph documents inside the app. Images are not sent anywhere.
Flatleaf has no sign-in, shows no ads, and does not use the advertising ID or any analytics service of its own.
The optional one-time "Full version" purchase is handled by Google Play. We never see your payment details. The app asks Google Play whether you own the purchase so it can unlock features on your devices; this check happens between the app and Google Play and is not stored on our servers.
The optional "Google scanner" feature uses Google's ML Kit document scanner provided by Google Play services. Scanning happens on your device, but Google may collect diagnostic information (such as device model, app version, performance and error data) to keep the service working. Google Play Billing is likewise provided by Google. Their handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
To offer 5 free scans and 3 free conversions, the app keeps a small counter on your device. It is not sent anywhere and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Flatleaf is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information.

可选的「谷歌扫描」功能使用 Google Play 服务提供的 ML Kit 文档扫描器。扫描在你的设备上完成，但 Google 可能会收集诊断信息（如设备型号、应用版本、性能和错误数据）以维持服务运行。Google Play 结算同样由 Google 提供。相关数据处理请参见 Google 隐私权政策。
